Still can't see java .. read the info below ...
Due to lawsuits, Court decisions, etc., Microsoft no longer supports the
original 'Virtual Machine'
for viewing java applications in your Browser. Therefore .. if your
computer builder didn't include
java viewing capabilities on your computer, you have some choices, and some
decisions to make.
You can go to the Sun Site, and download the java viewing capabilities from
them, just be aware that
some applications that were written and designed for the Microsoft Virtual
Machine to view won't
always work quite properly with Sun's Java Machine.
** There is an excellent site that I recommend
highly, which has up to date information on
all of the Virtual Machines, including the Microsoft Virtual Machine and
Sun's Virtual Machine.
This site offers downloads, along with easy to understand instructions and
explanations.
note: Some of the Pop Up Ad Stoppers are causing java viewing
problems on some computers.
Also, some Firewalls are causing java viewing problems on some computers.
You may need to do some trouble shooting to make sure neither of these have
stopped your java viewing capabilities.
Also, make sure you are keeping up with all the Windows Updates for your
system from the
Microsoft
Windows Update Site.
